We are a small but passionate team of fitness enthusiasts, certified trainers, nutrition lovers, and people who have personally gone through the struggle of losing weight, building strength, staying consistent, and balancing health with a 9-to-5 (or desi family) life.
We started this blog because we were tired of seeing:
